Is there a program that converts music files such as mp3s to other formats such as wma's?
If so, where can I find one? |

Use Windows Movie Maker... pretty much all windows versions come with it. Import your song into windows movie maker, then drag it into the timeline. click save movie and set the preferences to "audio for dial-up modems"
