This girl I am talking to has a boyfriend but he is all the way up in Virginia? Meaning I have all the time in the world with her. I lover her company and its just heck of a good time to be with her... Should I persue something or should I just let it just be fun times..?

Yea, i agree, you should wait for them to break up.. Or even try to get closer to her... Because deep down, maybe the long distance relationship might not be going so well.. ask her about it and still act like a friend to her.. and when/IF they break up, then make a move.. but not too quick! Give it like a week or two for her to get over her ex =P
