haha...u crack me up =) obviously it does make some sort of an impact on u for u to be arguing with me for this long and to be writing like whole page responses. first of all, the reason I checked your xanga was because I was in the Hottest Girl on createBlog thread and I said, according to your avatar (if that's you but I dunno) that you had a pretty face.... I didn't wanna look retarded so I was lookin' to see if you had a picture to verify that was you and plus you can't even see ya whole face

I'm not arguin' wit'chu because what you said about me... and regardless, lyricism has everything to do with a rapper so it doesn't matter whether or not this isn't a lyricism forum... the best rapper thread could basically be considered the best lyricist because that's one of the essential aspects of it....

eriously, you can't tell people that they're wrong if it's their opinion. It doesn't matter how much you've been in the hip hop game or whatever of if you're already a so-called MC, it doesn't mean that everything you're stating and what we're stating is fact over opinion.

And for the record, I say that 2Pac is the greatest rapper because he represented the streets and the struggle to the fullest. Everyone could feel his pain, his struggle, his anger, his love. Pac's lyrics were emotional and deep and issue-oriented. Pac is the embodiment of rap, he represents the attitude and struggle of rap and its peoples and thats what makes him overall the greatest rapper of all time.

as for that, yes it is fact over opinion. If one guy clearly spits multisyllabic rhymes and the other cat don't and still can come clearly with some sick sh*t than he's better.... if one guys rappin' basic schemes, A/A/A/A type bar structure, and the other du' is mixing aba/aab/aba/aab in the rhyme structure, he's better

and f**k 2Pac bein' the greatest..... he's the greatest rapper because he represented the streets and the struggle?!?!?! SO DID MALCOLM X... DOES THAT MAKE 'EM THE GREATEST RAPPER?!!?!? There's something more technical than talking about the streets.... Talib Kweli is better at talking about the streets (as a lyricist) as is Common (have you even listened to Common - one of the greatest ever) and Mos Def and more.... you act like Pac's the only one that did this... and there's guys that are lyrically far advanced from Pac and STILL do this.... you don't even know what the greatest rapper/MC of all time is if that's your reasoning
