okayyy so there`s this guy rite... nd i talk to him on tha fone lyk every day fer lyk three hours nd were lyk pretty tite... nd sometimes i juss find myselff lyk thynk`in bowt him.. but i rli dunn wanna lyk him cuz he`s practically in love over this other girl.. nd he tells me bowt how he lyks her over tha fone.. nd it juss makes meh wanna.. disappear...

yes, it is quite obvious that you feel some sort of attraction towards him.
However, it's best not to make a move on him yet since he's still head-over-heels for that other girl. Just wait a little to make sure that you really do like him, and in the meanwhile... ask him... what he likes about the other girl? Based on his answers, you can sorta find out if he will like you as well. (For example, he can say... oh, cuz she's so generous, and if you're generous too, then hooray! ... if you know what i mean?)
