http://sleepparalysis.dnswh.com/what_is_sleep_paralysis.htm This have been happening to me for about 4 yrs now.. it's not all the time though.. it used to happen alot at my old house.. but now i moved it always comes and go. It's hard to describe it.. but the feeling of it was like someone is pushing against my chest making it hard for me to move, breathe or even open my eyes. U have to wiggle a toe or a finger to break loose. I used to hear voices while it happens.. (goose bumps). It haven't happen to me for about 6 months til 2 nights ago.. but this time was worse.. it was soOO strong! I told it to STOP. And it did.. iono.. i think i'm goin crazy.. hahaha but if u click on the link.. there's more info about it.. but yea.. i just wanna know if happens to anyone else..?

i dont think that it has happened to me b4...maybe it HALF happened..i mean i didnt hear any voices saying mai name...but i couldnt breathe...maybe that was cuz mai face was on the pillow..and i didnt have to energy to get up and i had to force myself up...
