Okay... I'm not the brightest light bulb in the pack when it comes to these things.. eh... So I apologize in advance...
I have Premium, BTW... I have attempted to put on a new skin... works great and all... until I click onto give comments/eprops... and my old skin/stuff reappears...?! Ahh?! I've been trying to fix it for hours... and my head hurts now...  Help!!! Please!!! Thank you...

the xanga skin does that, when u put a skin on, ur comments/propz section should turn into ur old skin...that's just the sucky part of premium
 , ur best bet is just to make a skin and put it in header and website stats, so that way, ur comments page will look like ur new skin instead of the xanga default skin
