ARRRRRGGGHHHH !! im on my rag right now, & i got cramps. what can i do to make them go away, other than motrin or tylenol? iiimmm suffering.

i had some bad cramps yesterday so wut i did was get a heating pad and put it on ur stomach and if u dont have that then wut u can do is get some hot water and put it in one of those gallon water jugs. that should help big time. eat fruits and try to walk around or do some excercise. that should help cus it worked for me yesterday.
