ARRRRRGGGHHHH !! im on my rag right now, & i got cramps. what can i do to make them go away, other than motrin or tylenol? iiimmm suffering.

i get really bad cramps when i'm on my rag, so i take some midol and i use one of those thermacare menstraul relief heating pads. those heating pads are freakin life savers!
