this is how the saggy pant thing got started: In a jail, somewhere down south i think, the jail couldnt afford belts for the prisoners, thus the prisoners had to walk around w/the baggy jail pants w/out a belt, THUS that caused their pants 2 sag.
Suddenly every little boy in the country was walkin around with his pants at his knees thinkin it was "gangsta" saggin isnt always bad, but PLEASE dont let it go underneath the butt 0)0<<<nice picture, eh? |

 this guy today at school... was all just bending over.... and he had charlie brown boxers and i was all "eww...." because he shouldn't be wearing his pants that low if he bends slightly you can see everything... ya know...
