"In Windows Media Player go to Options > Performance > Video Acceleration -- None... and then the Print-Screen button should work.
The graphics card overlays the video onto the screen separately from the other system program stuff. That's why print screen doesn't work, because it doesn't take a snapshot of the overlay when video acceleration is on." |
