i think i'm gonna get a striahgt perm before school starts but im kind of scared. my mom wants me to even though its kind of expensive. She doesn't like watching me striahgten my hair every single day..so yah. I'm kind of scared to get it done though. I'm white and I have thick, curly-wavy hair. I wouldn't say my hair is like horrible...just i like it alot better striahgt. Have any white people gotten a striaght perm with like my type of hair? Im scared that if I get it it might look horrible and it would last for like 9 months...so yah..help?

i have really, thick sorta wavey hair. i got the straight perm , and the outcome was i looked good, but the bad thing is that you arent suppose to wash yur hair or tie it up or anything...for 3 days. sigh and then its a long process for the perm..
