guy friend likes u, do u act different? Options

basically the title says it all,

if u have a guy friend and u kno for a fact that he likes u or has feelings 4 u but u dont feel the same way bout him, do u act different around him?

I tried not to act different. Sometimes it worked and other times it was like hard cuz you knew he liked you and stuff. He always used to flirt and then then he told me he like me so i was like ok. ya know it sort of made us both uneasy and tense around each other. you know what though, I gradually started to like him too. So we're really good friends, but i think a relationship would probably break down our friendship. It's hard.
