Ok so I have my entries set to show only one at a time, and i was wondering if there was a way to center the box that the entries go in. I want it centered between top and bottom of the screen, not left and right. is there a way to do this?

EXAMPLE

Yes, there is a way, use a border.
CODE
<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
<style type=text/css><!-- body{border-right:#FFFFFF 0px solid;border-left:#FFFFFF 0px solid;border-top:#FFFFFF 100px solid;border-bottom:#FFFFFF 100px solid} //--></style>
<!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->

Also, if you want your entries smaller in width use this code:
CODE
<!-- begin code provided by createblog.com -->
<table width="600px"><tr><td valign="top">
<!-- end code provided by createblog.com -->

Also, to center your xanga go to your CLAF > general page settings > alignment > middle aligned.
