Haha...wow this is so true. I'm sort of ranting once again, but...oh how I dislike being with friends and their boyfriends. I never have one, and feeling left out eats you away from the inside...quite slowly. Just tonight, we were at the movies. I'm in the middle of the two of them, and on the ends are their boyfriends (well, for the most part). On the right of me (when I'm trying to enjoy Johnny Depp's lovely acting), all I hear are slurping noises and to the left, I see cuddling. GRAR. Why is it always me? Eek wow did I type all of that?

i totally agree. it's quite disturbing when you see your friends act all mushy and cuddly, while you're the odd one out. So while they're sucking face, you have to stand off to the side and walk by yourself, pretending not to notice them.
solution: hang out with your friend(s) when they're not with their significant other. or ask them to behave themselves and keep the PDA to a minimum. OR while hanging out with them, ask another friend (who's also single) to accompany you... it'd be much more fun when you have someone to talk to while the others are making out. ![]() |
