ive made a xanga skin but im kinda dumb and cant figure out how to post it.. i know how to post but ij ust dont kn ow how to get like the 3 steps to look like that and how to get the screenshot up.. can anyone please help?

For screenshots pres Print Scrn (next to F12) and paste it in Paint or something, and edit its size if you want. To get the text in bold, just use this:
