anyone know a good way to get reallly defined (i think is the word) muscles on your arm and all cause i am musclary but i dont wanna be freakishly big but i dont know how to do it cause ive been doing push ups and all and i get stronger but it doesnt show! i still look scrawny but i know im gettin stronger and all

GMC has protein suppliments. I use them sometimes when i wanna get a lil more bulk but dont eat alot of protein. Also do 3 sets and don just do one session a day. Do a couple. Also increase the weight every 2 days (usually by 5)
Set1 take 20pounds off your maxlift (meaning the amount where you can only do one but anymore heavier and you cant do one) 12 reps Set2 Add 5 more pounds, do 10 reps Set3 Add 5 more pounds, do 8 Work on your legs or rest for a lil (couple hours) then continue if you want. I usually do 2-3 sessions a day like breakfast lunch and dinner. the key is to not overstrain yourself. IF you cant do it then put it off and try again. Also use your arm strength not momentum... ![]() |
