divs and stuff...., argh. Options

okay...so i know how to get my whole blog into a div...(div w/out the closing tag....right? well it worked anyways.) but i want to know how i can get like...little boxes with scrollbars outside of that box...maybe like one or two? help would be GREATLY appreciated...thanks!

I think if you dublicate what I bolded and stick what you wanted in there and move it to a different place it would work. :)
