do you guys know ne graphic programs besides like that paint shop pro? that are mayb FREE or CHEAP? (but still work) i wanna make better layouts! but my graphics suck!

i think this topic is in the wrong place.
but i use paint shop pro and if u want some thing cheaper you might want to try adobe elements its about $40 or less i dont remeber. |
