ok I am looking at all your xanga skins and am really wondering how to do them I mean there really cool I just need to know what programs or something I need to make a good layout can someone help me

umm .. well you can use paint shop pro or photo shop or just any other program .. use the trials first so you konw which program is better
you can also use the regular paint they dont come out so fancy like smooth but they always come out awesome if you take your time to draw your own! ive seen some that are really cool .. but hey .. i dont have that time |
