Ok, I hope this is PG-13 but this isn't really nasty or supposed to be, but the question in the matter is:
Should condoms be distributed at school? Why or why not? (i.e.: to prevent pregnancies, STDs, etc.) What do you think? |

There is too much room for abuse in this situation. People are sexually mature after puberty. After puberty, they are biologically meant to have sex. That's how it is. Creating a legal fiction above that is only going to cause more harm. How is it causing harm? I dont see that.. |
