[Foolish Heart]

Here's a poem for the guy that understands me, he's dying. I won't tell you any more private things about me. I write my poems based on my feelings, it's how I deal with my feelings. It's really hard for me to let him go.

Fading Away, by Foolish Heart [Me]

You walk in my life
Now your fading away
Heart beating so fast
Tears fill my eyes
Take my hand
Im here to help
I look at you
Blurred in confusion
Your fading away
Hold me tight
Heres my heart
Forever yours to keep
Dont forget
I'll follow you
I love you so
Just for you to know

She stumbled as she walked along
a wrinkle graced her jaunty brow
the heavens fell, cast downward when
a hand exposed the path she found

She longed for warmth, ensnarled by frost
across horizons arms that fled
persistance of a heart that weeped
to walk the road that so few tread

with fleeting eyes that seemed to scream
she stood admist the lashing air
wispy tendrils masked her face
her fingers laced in longing prayer

and when she fell, I knew not why
her hands perturbed with death had slain
freedom came, redemption none
and only tears fell free from pain.
