Hey can anyone tell me how to make an animation with writting on it that changes colors!!

uhh .. you can download animation shop? that .. and get use some blocks from danywhere that they have blinky blocks and yea .. just look for them and then you save the first picture of wat you have to say and then you change the first letter to another color save it and then turn it back to the color that it was originally you keep doing that until you finished and then you go to the animation shop and then you put the images into that program .. if you dont understand ... go here peachie.nu to the psp tutorials to the blinkie animation tutorial
