• 3-4 fans
  
• im not to hot on watercooling, so i probablyh wont use that
  
• amd athlon chip...2.6 or watever is highest...very cheap, but works just as fast as the fastest pentium. 
  
• radeon 9800 pro
  
• Help with motherboard?
  
• ghetto monitor
  
• 80 GB HD
  
• 1 cd rom drive
  
• no floppy
  
• REAL sound card

is that good enough?

Not really good. :P

• any case
• 4 fans
• AMD [ Any kind] [Intel isn't good cause it only depends on speed and AMD is for safe]
• Geforce [ any kind]
• ASUS MotherBoard [ any kind.. Asus is the best motherboard company..]
• Two Cd rom drives [burnable][dvd burnable]
• One floppy
• Any Sound Card
• 120 western digital hd.

and that part... 2.6 isn't that fastest... 4.5 is!! :D
it's like 200 dollars.
