or is there any of u has a good tutorials for that? im so lost  and yeah obviously im soo in need of help regarding bout that..id be so thankful if u guys can help me.. |

that is called a div layer layout...i have that on mines too but this is what you need to do, go to the tutorials section, learn all you can about divs then make your banner & bgs in your paint editing program then put them together with the div codes.
