i know this question has been asked soo many times before but i cant seem to find any topics that are clear on how to make custom skins...i know exactly what i wanna do but i just dont know how to start...if ne1 knows how could u please tell me?
 and i wanna upload a jpg file that i made but i dont know where to upload it...ne good places? |

to create a custom skin you have to know how to write html and css. if you dont know those then everything will just seem like a bunch of jumble and you wont understand what to put where.
there are some good sites out there where you could learn it from, and some books too. i taught myself and if you dont rush too much its not that bad...or you can get a friend to teach you or something... but yea, if you know that, then you can view the xanga source and see what classes and components you can edit. if you want a premade css script that gives you a lot of flexibility, then theres one at blogring i believe. hmm...hoped that helped  *catie* |
