what is a *break*? i was wondering..., guys...what are they really thinking? |

I was wondering...When one person in a relationship asks for a *break* what does that mean to them? I mean for some it means that it's a little break and they'll get back together and for some it basically means a break-off. And I also noticed that mostly guys are the ones who think a *break* is a break-off...Because this has happened twice to me, when one of us wanted a break...they end up with another girl...???

From what I've seen, and experienced, I come up with the conclusion that yes, a break is what it implies and nothing more. But then again, it's another way of saying, "I just need some time alone to think some things through. I'm thinking of ending this relationship, but I'm not sure yet." Something like that. So..yeah.
