 uhm..how do you use those brushes in makin a layout?! dang! i feel kinda stupid askin that question but im just curious! thanks much

Well if you're using Adobe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, you need to download the brushes, extract them into the designated brush folder, and then restart the program. Then, they should be there, available for you to use.
