dotted entree boxes |

How do u put these dotted boxes around each entree. I already know how to make the scroll bar but I don't know the code for the boxes like the ones on this site.

Thank You so much..........although I don't want to sound ungreatful but i was just wondering if anyone had the same thing except with the......um how do i explain it.....idk what their called with the line going through the entree box on the top of the box like on the link i gave. I'm sry I feel like I'm asking for too much but i just love how it looks.
oh yeah and the scroll bars are working fine with it. |
