To start, I found a picture today:
Anyway, Rockets are actually looking good this year. No more T-Mac, but with our luck Yao will be hurt within the first 10-15 games. Regardless, I have high hopes, but being a Houston team I can't put them too high. Houston teams like to shoot themselves in the foot. |

yeah for sure, this trade was a great for denver. they are more fun to watch and over all a better TEAM now. should capitalize NOW as well. Who knows what Denver's core is gonna look like 2 years from now considering the time on the contracts those guys have/money they will be getting when their contracts expire. Probably they'll have to build around Lawson + Gallo or Ill Wil. And f*ck the nuggets for demanding that Mozgov be included just let him warm the bench. Knicks could use him :( I feel really bad for all the guys who got traded though, especially Felton. Saw an interview with him and he still doesn't seem happy. Felton had the summer to learn the PnR with STAT, whereas Billups kinda just got thrown into the fray. It seems like he's always looking for Melo first prolly cause that's what he's used to. I'm not sure the Knicks keep him. Personally, I'd love for the Knicks to get a good guard in the draft and have Billups mentor him. Knowing the Knicks though, they'll probably draft some foreign scrub (then again, Landry Fields). |
