it's been impossible for me lately, even with ambien which usually knocks me out. benadryl does absolutely nothing and neither does nyquil.
i've only been able to sleep about 1-2 hours every night for the past week. i'm tired but i just can't sleep. |

I also can't sleep if it's too hot so I keep my apartment at 60-62 degrees. I spray my bed & pillows with this lavender/chamomile spray every now and then to help relax. Sometimes I'll read, watch tv, listen to music or play ps3/xbox until I pass out. If I'm really desperate I'll take a valium or sleeping pill and then I'm definitely done for the night.

There is construction going on every weekday outside my house, and the sun wakes me up. Putting black trash bags over the window under the blinds works, but I can't be bothered to do it every weekend. |
