it's been impossible for me lately, even with ambien which usually knocks me out. benadryl does absolutely nothing and neither does nyquil.
i've only been able to sleep about 1-2 hours every night for the past week. i'm tired but i just can't sleep. |

if my bed is made before i get in, i sleep like a baby. also if my clothes aren't all over the floor and my shit is in it's proper place. messy space = messy mind imo
