To start, I found a picture today:
Anyway, Rockets are actually looking good this year. No more T-Mac, but with our luck Yao will be hurt within the first 10-15 games. Regardless, I have high hopes, but being a Houston team I can't put them too high. Houston teams like to shoot themselves in the foot. |

lol if Isiah comes back I'm going to write James Dolan telling him that I ain't using Cablevision anymore until that piece of shit is gone.
Word is Melo didn't wanna wait for free agency. Can't say I blame him, unlike other attention whores who have hour long ESPN specials, Melo got sick of the whole affair and just wanted to know once and for all where he'd be playing for the next few years. Also the Knicks were afraid the CBA is gonna f*ck up the amount of cap space they have available. The Nets owner was also being a dick and meddled in order to get the Knicks to have to give up more just for the sake of f*cking with the Knicks because he's a jealous f*ck. Oh well, enjoy watching your team play in an empty stadium, ***hole. I am kinda pissed that we keep giving picks away. I'd really like to be able to attend an NBA draft sometime in the near future and not have to wait until the second round. I'm also pissed as hell that Knicks ticket prices pretty much tripled overnight in some cases, and now I'm gonna have to compete for tickets against f****ts who show up during the 2nd quarter and leave with 5 mins to go in the 4th. I would have liked to have kept Mosgov, and have kept one of Chandler or Gallo (though preference to Chandler since he can guard more positions even though Gallo is better offensively), and I would have liked to not have to take back some of the other shit but I can live with it. I loved Felton, but Billups is pretty damn clutch and he'll be good until his contract expires. I don't think Felton is gonna be as good on the Nuggets as he was for the Knicks in the first half of the season anyway. Chandler and Gallo play the same position as Melo, so it wouldn't make sense to keep them all on the team, though it would have been nice to have one of them come off the bench as a sick sixth man. Besides, Shawne Williams has been shooting the 3 better than Gallo anyway. Plus, that fat f*ck Eddie Curry isn't on the team anymore, and Anthony Randolph will finally get some playing time. It would have been nice to absolutely rob the Nuggets after getting owned in the Nene+Camby for Antonio f*cking McDyess, but at the end of the day the Knicks are a better team so I ain't mad. I think provided the Knicks pick up a decent center (Earl Barron maybe), they're a better team than the Hawks, maybe better than the Magic and the Bulls. |
