I never once felt safe living in this house.

This woman regularily invaded my privacy, entered my room daily without my permission, harassed my cat, and went through my things. On an almost daily basis, she would scream at the top of her lungs at me for using too much water, not washing a glass, forgetting to take out the trash, and other small issues. She would start fights, get in my face, call me names, and generally make my life miserable. I had to tip toe in and lock my door whenever I was home. She walked into my room without knocking or waiting for a reply numerous times.

This woman comes across as nice, if a bit eccentric, but this is an act. She has mood swings, and is dangerous to be around. She lives in the basement of the house she rents, and has no job and no friends, thus her life revolves around harassing her roommates.

When I was moving out (after being kicked out for standing up to her when she was threatening me), she tired to physically assult me, and hit my boyfriend in the face, resulting in a bloddy gash and his glasses being broken.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS WOMAN. You will regret it, she is psychotic and will make your life miserable.

Her name is NINA, she live in KENSINGTON, she is about 45, slim, black hair, olive skin, and claims to be a yoga instructor.

BEWARE!!!!
