dotted entree boxes Options

How do u put these dotted boxes around each entree. I already know how to make the scroll bar but I don't know the code for the boxes like the ones on this site.

heres the code for the dotted entry boxes...but i think if yu use this code the scrollbar in the entry wont work with it but im not positively sure so...
