Does going to the gym/running count as a "hobby"? I don't mean going to the gym to play racquetball or something like that, more like just running on a treadmill or whatnot.

I go to the gym collect human sweat in tiny jars, I think that counts as a hobby.

I go to the gym to collect human sweat in tiny jars, I think that counts as a hobby. yummy. I don't really consider taking care of yourself and working out a hobby. When people say they go to the gym as their hobby i usually ask them, "does brushing your teeth and cleaning your toilet also listed as one of your hobbies?" However, if it's like bodybuilding or cycling..training for a marathon...then yeah sure, why not. But going to the gym and walking on the treadmill for 15 minutes, glancing at the zumba classes, and then lifting some weights for another 30...nah...i look at that as just being mindful of your body and health. Which kinda sucks that people nowadays look at it as just optional or hobby like. |

I can go out running and achieve the same thing. going to the gym is totally different than brushing or cleaning |
