Totally agree with you guys on sleep + studying. I cannot for the life of me understand how people can pull all-nighters. I tried that last year since I only had 1 day to study for my HR exam, and studied til 2:00am and passed the f*ck out. It's ridiculous because I can normally stay up til 4:00am no problems, but straight studying intensely for all those hours into the night...not gonna happen.
I do tend to study a lot for my exams, but it's always a little bit each day. If I try to cram too much in one day, the concepts get mixed up and I can't differentiate between them properly, then I'll crash and burn on exams. Oh right, longest I've gone without sleep...I dunno, probably 24 hours. It was jet lag and my attempt at getting over it quicker. |
