California's Proposition 8, which introduced an amendment to the CA constitution that forbid gays and lesbians from marrying, was overturned by the CA State Supreme Court on the grounds that it is unconstitutional. (The case is being appealed to the 9th Circuit.)

I'm 100% in support of gay marriage, but what do y'all think about one judge overturning the votes of millions of people?
