Teenage Love Options

So, I was wondering, what's your opinion on "teenage love" these days? To be quite frank, I find it really annoying. Yes, yes, I'll be the first to admit that I was one of those teenagers who thought I had found "the one" and shit but, that's not me anymore. It's really stupid, I think. I feel like "love" is an abused term in my generation and younger generations (and perhaps, some older). I'm not quite sure how to explain it, though. It's like, teenagers love the idea of falling in love or something, you know? Mind you, I know some 8-10 year old kids that already have boyfriends/girlfriends. It kind of makes you think, "What the f*ck?" I don't know, I feel like teenagers these days try so hard to be "mature" and "different" when in reality, they just want some sort of attention. Not saying there aren't mature and different teenagers, but I was speaking in general. Now, when it comes to getting laid, I guess maybe I could understand because a lot of f*cking teenagers are young and dumb and just want to get laid. But, I don't know. I think it's a waste of time to start looking for "love" at such young ages.

Hmm.. I think it's not all teenagers are reckless when it comes to love. Yeah, there is a good amount of teens who get pregnant easily or they get crazy over some breakup but I guess to some it's just an "experience". On the other hand, I know others who only kiss and hug and save it up till marriage (well, maybe that's what they want me to think, lol). And I agree, those people who just have "bfs/gfs for the week" is ridiculous.
