idk how i got to finding this, but this woman went down from 220 to 131 lbs (i think) and every 10 lbs she lost, she would post a "full body" video of herself on youtube. she looks pretty good now (if you see her latest video compared to when she started). so... would you do something like this? like, recognize something wrong with you or something you need to improve on (physically or whatever), and document your progress. i think it's pretty inspirational when you're at the end and looking back at how far you've come... but it must be difficult in the beginning with people calling you gross and shit, especially since it's on the internet, right? would you subject yourself to that? |

Dang, she looks good. When I was trying to lose weight I took pictures every time I lost 5 lb. I wore different clothes every time though so it didn't really show any progress. I would probably plan better if I wanted to lose 150 lb instead of 15 lb or tried something else more drastic.
