How to report a "stolen" image? Options

I've seen a few "stolen" images in the smiley section, I was wondering how we might go about getting those removed? Thanks in advance. :)

Second, gladly gladly. A couple of years ago I posted being all meanie Mcrude arse to one of the people, please forgive that. I was on a high-horse. :P Figured I'd own up instead of deleting my comments. Growing up is cool. ;)

Anyway, here are the images with the information you requested.

This is flipped horizantally from the original and it was this girl's deviantart avatar for a long time:

For further proof, since she is not using it anymore, she made a "strawberry" version for someone and is quoted saying " She really wanted a strawberry version of my original milk avatar xD.", at this location:
