Go to bet at 4:30-5:30 a.m. Wake up around 2:30 pm if I don't have to be somewhere.

Lately though even on weekends I've been waking up around 7 probably due to waking up at that time every day during the week. Woke up at 630 on Saturday & Sunday, on Sunday I went back to sleep and woke up at like 1230. I feel terrible if I sleep past noon feel like I wasted half of my day.
