Getting taller., How? |

So, I want to be a bit taller. I'm like 5' 6" right now, and I think being taller will help me gain more confidence. All my guy friends are at least 6' and it's kind of intimidating for me. Heck, my relative that was like 1' shorter than me grew this whole year and he's now like 6' 4".
I heard losing weight and getting more calcium will help. What do you guys do? |

Not gonna lie I'm 6'5.5" and still growing / my 17 year old brother is 6'3.5" and still growing. Too tall tbh.

I know a guy who is about 6'10"-6'11". I would f*cking kill for just 3 more inches, but no I am going to be mistaken for a 16 year old for the rest of my life. |
