I had my first glass of wine today. It smelled like apple juice and tasted like vinegar. Aka. Crap. It was horrible. Why do people like that stuff?

Acquire a taste? You mean you have to keep drinking it until you like it?

Acquire a taste? You mean you have to keep drinking it until you like it? Yeah; it can take a while to grow on you and to find what you like. I only drank for the first time when I was 18 at my friend's 21st birthday party, but those were mixed drinks of fruity stuff and vodka. A friend had me try Bacardi rum and it was like nasty, bitter Sprite; never again. There's bound to be something you like, but I'm not going to be the one to get you started on drinking this early. Wait until you're older before you get into it. |
