The top two images of the Superman sculptures are very Jesus on the Cross-ish. I'm not sure how I feel about that, though the sculptures themselves look very well crafted.

The top two images of the Superman sculptures are very Jesus on the Cross-ish. I'm not sure how I feel about that, though the sculptures themselves look very well crafted. Yeah, but to be fair, we do glorify superheroes as being a type of deity with superhuman powers that they use to save people, same as Jesus did. I like the Batman one the most; the lighting sets a dark, pensive mood. |
