how often do you argue with your significant other? how long do you typically stay mad/annoyed at them?

On a somewhat related note, this topic reminds me of the research John Gottman does. He can predict, with up to 94% accuracy if couples are going to stay together or not (or whether their marriage last past the 8 year mark), based on how they argue and how they react to their significant other when he or she brings up something that would typically start an argument (like financial issues).
It doesn't really matter who I have a disagreement or argument with, I like to make sure that everything between us is ok before the day ends. I can't go to bed bitter or angry, so I usually opt to just deal with it right away. |
