i hate it when people put fruits in regular food. like pineapple pizza. i don't get how that's good. or apples in potato salad or mangos and oranges in chicken.

boooo avocados don't count. technically a fruit but often treated as a vegetable. avocado is probably the one exception for me then. I think avocados and tomatoes are the types of produce that are fruits scientifically but are treated as vegetables in cuisine. I don't care either way, but I refer to tomatoes as fruits because I love to eat them raw and in my salads. I like to have avocados in salad, too, but only when it's cubed; with tomatoes, I like having whole big slices in salad, sandwiches, and burgers not made in fast food restaurants. |
