Do you jam to anything when you sleep? Can you sleep in complete silence? Do you play relaxing sounds / music to help you go to sleep?
I can't sleep in quiet, at all. I always have to play something I enjoy listening to to help me drown out the 'sound of silence' and get to sleep. |

I like to listen to Rachmaninoff or other classical music sometimes, but nothing energetic.
Kind of similarly, I used to have music set as my alarm - specifically, "Ramses, Bringer of War" by Nile. After a week of leaping out of bed with a near-on heart attack from the sudden blasting of war drums and cacophonic roars every morning I decided certain genres and my sleeping time should be kept as divided as possible. Wait, I just made that sound awesome. |
