are you addicted to anything?

i think i'm addicted to spending money. i was feeling super guilty about spending another $1k in like less than a week and swore to myself that i would not spend another dime. but then because i was feeling so badly i decided to browse through asos just to make myself feel better and found a bag that i really liked and could not resist the urge to buy it so i did. i can't believe i didn't pay my school tuition to buy shoes and bags and frivolous shit.

i think i'm also addicted to ebay and tumblr and the internet in general. i go crazy without my fix.

i think i might also be addicted to ambien.

but yay i kicked my caffeine addiction?

OMG are you guys addicted to McDonald's coffee? I seriously go there every day to get an iced coffee with hazelnut (usually anyway, I rarely stray from that choice).

I forgot about that addiction. I have frequent headaches, and I never knew what was causing them until I started noticing that at some point I had begun subconsciously making coffee as a solution (and it had been working). I just came up with this automatic response - my head hurts, coffee makes me feel better. I didn't think it actually did; I figured it was just me resting that made me feel better. But once when I didn't feel like actually getting up to make a cup of coffee, I decided to lay in bed for a while. After about 20 minutes, my headache had only gotten much worse and I ended up having to take some ibuprofen to make it go away. Also, I've noticed that on days where I forgot to set the timer the night before and end up not getting coffee in the morning, I'll end up with a headache by the middle of the day.

..I've been seriously trying to cut back since then.
