i let girls do that job for me lol... girls making the first move..
it kinda means to me that she has some sort of confidence.. a good quality in one's personnality to have.  .. obviously, don't take that gay advice from a newb..tell her how u feel. say that u want to have a relationship or.. taking our friendship to the next step.. something like that. have the balls to DO IT.
