Somewhere legitimate
I've been warned about a few scamming sites. I've been googling but there's no way I will be able to tell unless I ask people who have had experience with hosters so, please post away I need all the help I can get =) other details: I need to make it a .com or .net and it needs to be affordable to a struggling college student |

I use A Small Orange. They have plans for as low as $25/year ($2.08/month).
